World War II veteran describes being adrift at sea after shipwreck

Bill Harrison, of Hemet, Calif., served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in both the Atlantic and Pacific theatres.

Visiting the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. through the Honor Flight Network, Harrison described how his ship sank off Okinawa, Japan, and how he survived for days at sea.
