Saying "enough is enough" Armstrong, 40, has given up his battle with the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency calling it an "unconstitutional witchhunt."
That will mean he'll be stripped of all seven of his Tour de France titles. The cyclist is charged with using banned drugs and blood transfusions.
Armstrong said he is admitting no guilt but that he wants to devote his energy to his family and his battle to help cancer survivors through his Livestrong Foundation.
