- 25 (UPI) -- The Los Angeles County district attorney declined to
seek extradition of a substitute teacher wanted for sex crimes who
escaped to Mexico, records show.
- George Hernandez was arrested in September 2010 on charges of
allegedly exposing himself to a young girl outside of a middle school.
- Hernandez was released on $30,000 bail and fled to Jalisco, Mexico.
