Italian police question man over school bomb attack

The man is reportedly a 45-year-old who lives 200 yards from the Francesca Morvillo Falcone school, in the southern city of Brindisi.
His interrogation comes after investigators in Brindisi released a series of CCTV images showing a man "pressing some sort of remote control," outside the school, AFP reported.
A further five teenagers suffered burns and other injuries.
Prosecutors told the ANSA news agency:
"Routine checks are being carried out to see if he has an alibi in light of descriptions which have been given."

The Italian Prime Minister, Mario Monti, was among more than 10,000 people thousands of attending Bassi's funeral, in her home village of Mesagne, the BBC reported.
He cut short his trip to Chicago for a NATO summit.
